Julius Reinberg (ユリウス・レインバーグ Yuriusu Reinbāgu) was one of the top 3 students at Regarden Magical Academy.
Appearance[]
Julius has medium length wavy cyan colored hair and eyes of the same color. He wears a light colored long sleeved shirt, dark colored pants, a belt, a student robe, and a bolo tie. In addition, he wears a rose shaped ornament on his student robe that is apparently made of real ice as he is shown using it with his magic. His casual outfit consists of a light colored dress shirt, dress pants, shoes, and a fancy tie with an oval pin.
Personality[]
Julius is narcissistic and prideful as expected of a typical noble. He holds an immense dislike for Will Serfort, looking down on him for being unable to use magic, and tends to get angry when he's in the nearby vicinity. Nevertheless, Julius is still able to work with him when he has to, as he acted professionally during the comprehensive training. He holds an even lower opinion of dwarves and is openly racist toward them, criticizing them and telling them to leave the country. Despite his attitude, he knows full well that he is a "leftover" for still being at Regarden and is trying to get stronger.
History[]
Julius was born to a noble family. His first love was his family's maid Anna, who praised him for his kindness. To the scion's dismay, Anna would go on to marry another man, hardening his heart and making him swear off his former self.
Julius entered Regarden, eventually becoming third in his class by his final year.

While nowhere near the level of the Magia Vander Elfaria, Julius was still a talented mage in his own right, graduating third in his year at Regarden. He was the first mage to replicate one of the El Glace Frosse (albeit imperfectly), and is capable of producing high-tier ice magic.
Magic[]
Ice Magic (氷魔法): Julius is skilled at ice magic, being able to use low and mid tier spells. In his first appearance he is shown casting ice shards at training dummies throughout the training building and instantly freezing them. He can also create mist and walls of ice.

氷嘆の塔塊 ): Julius creates a large mass of ice above his opponent and drops it on the target. - El Glace Frosse: El Glace Frosse is the name given to a series of 12 magic developed by Elfaria Albis Serfort. Julius is only able to use the first magic albeit at a much lower and incomplete level.
- First Magic: Ars Weiss (一の法・
白の芸術 ): Julius creates clones of himself which can cast magic. Unlike magic that create Guardians which operate on their own, these clones require Julius to control their movements. They can explode by using the spell Eisplosion and trap the target in ice or be used as remote magic circles to cast other magic. While Julius is the first mage besides Elfaria to replicate the spell, his casting is imperfect: he can summon a maximum of only eight clones unassisted, and can only precisely control four. He also is unable to prevent cold from leaking out from the clones, and requires assistant to maintain control. - Eisplosion: A spell used by Julius to make one of his clones explode and trap his opponent in ice.
- Armenta Auliscas:. A high-grade spell that generates an ice barrage, Julius' strongest spell.
