Sion Ulster (シオン・アルスター Shion Arusutā) is a student at Regarden Magical Academy. After graduating, he joins the Fire Faction: Incindia Barham.
Appearance[]
Sion has red eyes and hair of the same color that is mostly slicked to the right. He wears a dark colored long sleeved shirt, dark colored pants, fancy shoes, a belt, a student robe, and a bolo tie. His shirt and shoes are from the high end brand store Reiser.
Personality[]
As expected of a noble and mage, Sion looks down on those who can't use magic, especially Will who he is conscious of and considers as an enemy due to a past incident. His obsession with Will is so strong that he was willing to fight him in the middle of a competition even though they were on the same team, disliking that Will always looked past him and not at him. After witnessing Will's true power and fighting against him during the Great Magic Festival, he comes to view him more like a rival and strives to grow stronger because of it. Sion is shown to have feelings for Colette but she doesn't return them, though she has taken advantage of it to get Sion to join their team.
History[]
5 years ago when Sion was a first year at Regarden, a "certain incident" caused him to be strongly conscious of Will and regard him as an enemy.
Final Year[]
Sion's animosity with Will continued to their sixth and final year at Regarden. Overhearing Workner telling Will about a Baskerville on the sixth floor, Sion decided to take on the monster himself and sabotage Will's chance to get needed credits.
Abilities[]
Sion is a skilled mage, defeating a group of Frost Walkers at once, and is close in number of credits to the academy's top 3. He was originally shown to struggle against an Evil Sentinel but has since been stated to have grown immensely.
Magic[]
Fire Magic (火魔法): As expected of a member of the prestigious House Ulster, Sion is a powerful Fire Mage. He is able to use low and mid-tier spells in addition to the high tier spell Iflamme Burdelyon.

燃え盛れ焼滅の丘 Ifuramusu Bāderion): Sion creates a massive blast of fire that incinerates anything it touches. - Halcon Gardinas (
火鷹の護人 Hagurusu Garudinasu): Sion creates a hawk made of fire. As a guardian the hawk is able to operate on its own but can also take orders from its caster. The hawk is able to regenerate its damage as long as its core is intact, such as when Will tried to ground it by cutting its wing. - Dragos Nowl (
竜殺しの焔叫 Doragosu Nouru): Sion covers a wide area with a bunch of magic circles that cast a blast of fire downwards. Will describes it as a wide area annihilation magic. - Grims Serbe
